Can I use my regular Alibris account with the Alibris
Wants Matching System?
Yes, we recommend using your regular Alibris account. However, you may
want to set up a separate "wants matching" account if you're
working on a large project. To create an account, return
to the Alibris Web site.
I'm a Selector, and I can't log in. How can I get
the login information?
Only the Account Owner can make a list accessible to a Selector. As a
Selector, you must log in with four pieces of information: your e-mail
address (that the Account Owner used when assigning you to the list),
the list password, the Account Owner's e-mail address, and the exact list
name. If you are missing one of the login criteria, please contact the
Account Owner.
I'm having trouble logging in as the Account Owner.
What can I do?
In order to log in as the Account Owner, you must have an existing Alibris
account. To create an account, return to
the Alibris Web site.
I forgot my password. Will you tell me what it is?
We can e-mail your password to you. Here's how:
Return to the Alibris Web site. Click on the Your Account link
from the upper-right corner of any page on our Web site.
Then, click on the I Forgot My Password link. On the next screen, enter
the e-mail address for your Alibris account and click the Submit button.
We'll e-mail your password to you shortly. For your security, you'll need
to re-enter your payment information before your next purchase.
How do I change my password?
You can change your password in Your Account. Here's how:
Return to the Alibris Web site. Click the Your Account link
from the upper-right corner of any page on our Web site.
Enter your e-mail address and your current password, and then click the
Continue button to get to your account information. Scroll down to the
Change Your Password section. You will need to enter your e-mail address,
your current password, and your new password in the appropriate fields.
You can also enter a new password reminder. Then click the Submit button.
You're done!
